Love those pictures. Some would make great templates for my wood engraving but obviously copyright etc...

Nice. Happy for you to use them as inspiration - obviously you're not actually using the pic itself so I don't have an issue with people drawing or painting from them :)

yeah - can't really do it properly there though - as I'll be there in my kit car hopefully and won't have all my equipment with me - if you look at the sort of shots I've been doing you'll see what I mean - the recent ones are on a black background on the far right of the gallery page - /61/"]http://www.paulward.net/portfolio/automotive-photography/#gallery[modal]/61/

Some great work there Paul.

My faves are the straight on shot of a Merc where you use the lighting to catch detail. And the side on Ferarri where you catch the top edge. I love a bit of low key moody lighting.

Dave :)

Ahh not too far then, well if you fancy a short trip to Birmingham one day let me know, or there might be a good countryside location somewhere between us that we could use

Don't put the stripes and numbers on! I managed to pull lacquer off both my cob and P4 - one removing an old stripe the other removing a stick on number plate on the nose and that was stable paint - don't do it! (making my nerves bad just thinking about it!)

cheers, WCA in advance will see you at the weekend

Nicely scripted advert Andy
The car looks great, I hope the right buyer is attracted and you get the price you deserve
26 Apr 2016, 6:59pm
To be honest if you haven't put a price the first question will always be how much.

It annoys me when people list a car on EBay with a reserve but won't tell you what the reserve is. Am I really going to waste a 4 hour round trip to look at a car that the seller won't tell me how much it is.
26 Apr 2016, 7:45pm
Yep, I've just looked at teh advert, so that's another one to the count
and I'll give you £2002 for it...... That is the price isn't it??
26 Apr 2016, 8:07pm
well shucks if I had known someone was going to offer the date as the price I would have listed it as £31052002 seems a fare price now I think of it, or I could stick with the make a offer and ignore all the genuine time wasters.lol
26 Apr 2016, 8:59pm
nice - I'd have included a few pics further away from the car too - as most of them feel 'a bit close' to really see the shape properly - and with such a nicely done car it seems a shame not to see it in its full glory!

You have a good point there.
I recall when I wanted some tyres and considered Costco. I phoned and asked the price, saying I'd take out membership (IIRC £20 per annum) - They wouldn't give a price, said come and have a look! So I told them they'd just lost any credibility, because I wouldn't do a 20 mile round trip just to see the price.

agreed with the pics but the weather has been pants here snowing again today and most of it . they were the only photos I had but will update the add if the sun makes a appearance for long enough have my spot to park already picked out

cool :)

Andy - Good luck with the sale.

Just so you know, there is a small typo on line 2 of the advert, it should read "which", not "witch".

( I have to keep turning off the auto correct when typing up my build thread. )

Cheers, Paul. :)
