Soon

Well only 1 month to go til the kit arrives. Having the rear arches modded as the cars lowered and also have all light and grill recesses pre-cut. Was gonna start the strip of the car this weekend but with this weather I think I can do without the frozen cut knuckles :icon_confused:

Not long

3 and a bit weeks 'til the kit arrives and Im chomping at the bit. Wheels now shod in nice fat rubber, spare fuel filler pipe, nice new rear lights and period side repeaters from cbsonline (and some crap front LR front indicators to send back)
I think Im pretty much there and will have a week off from delivery of the kit. Im gonna do it slightly different to most by doing the back first keeping the car on the road and then a couple of weeks later I'll have some more time off and do the front. It should draw some interesting looks being driven round half and half......

Q- have people coated/sealed under the body where it will be exposed to grit dirt and stonechips. If so what did you use?
