Towed...sale might be on hold !! I had a seriously good time yesterday driving the car and really like the way this one looks....I am currently in discussions with its owner !!
I am sure you told us somewhere along the line, what and where the rivet source was. I have searched around but can't find it so maybe you could enlighten me again? Cheers

They are steel rivets bought from my local nut and bolt suppliers ...they are 1/4 x 3/16 sized...we pay about 6.50 per hundred locally.
We have held them in with a combo of sikkoflex / tigerseal sticky stuff and some superglue in places....its quite time consuming working out the spacing and then drilling and pinning 500 odd holes !!
I need to sand them back and tickle them a little ( create flattened heads ) and then by the time the car is primed and painted , they should blend in nicely....
Hi frog send me your address and ill get you some for you .
Hi, thanks for your offer but if they are steel rivets from a nut and bolt supplier as redratbike informs me I should be able to get them locally.
Cheers.
