This is a read-only archive of the old Madabout Kitcars forum. New posts and replies are no longer possible, but every thread is still here to browse and read.
This has been one of my favourite build thread in a long time and I have enjoyed watching the car come together. Great job you have done so far! Any idea what colour you are going to paint it?

Thanks!
Yes, Have an exact idea about colour.
It will be "Ecosse Blue" (PPG CODE 901449)
Fantastic, this would definitely be my colour choice as well. I was lucky enough in the autumn to have a look around the Ecurie Ecosse transporter complete with C and D type (replicas). I have also visited the original EE garage in Edinburgh (by accident as it happens.....it is now a wine warehouse...eep: )

Also some souvenirs for me « Circuit des remparts Angouleme 2007 » Have race with my Triumph Herald against The Duncan Hamilton Jaguar…
But I love your country and your way of life, even if you do not eat frogs!
Sorry to disappoint you, but, je suis Rosbif, and, if it swims in the sea, walks the Earth or flies in the sky it's fair game to be eaten as far as I'm concerned. Even green amphibians.
And if you've ever heard the English expression "I'm so hungry I could eat a horse" well, just recently, if you like ready meals...
