Chassis Package

• The chassis and all other components required to fit the axles/suspension to the chassis - black, powder coat finished as standard
• Nut and bolt kit
• Steering rack, rack mounts and track rod ends
• Upper and lower steering column and universal joints
• Pedal assembly, master cylinders and reservoirs
• Brake pipe flexible braided hoses

Price: £7,750 + VAT

Body Package

• The body, with bonnet, boot, and doors hinged and locked - final fitted to the chassis
• Alloy transmission tunnel fitted (removable top for access)
• All internal panels (all removable for access)
• Original style dashboard (easily removable for access/wiring)
• Integral screen demister plenum fitted
• All penetrations pre-cut
• Suspension geometry set up (ride height must be set when car is complete)

Rolling Chassis Body Package

As an alternative to separate Chassis and Body packages, a rolling package can be supplied, comprising chassis and body packages as above, and fitted with:

• Fully re-conditioned donor axles
• Spring damper units
• Steering system fitted
• Brake system installed and bled
• Hand brake and cable

Any Ford Windsor, Cleveland, or FE series big block.

Suspension

Front

Jaguar XJ series 2 or 3 donor axle. Fully adjustable geometry. Coil over spring dampers to CR specification.

Rear

Jaguar XJ series 2 or 3 donor with shortened shafts and wishbones. CR radius arms. Fully adjustable geometry. Coil over spring dampers to CR specification.

Steering

Rack and pinion, 3.3 turns lock to lock. Collapsible upper and lower column sections.

Brakes

Jaguar XJ discs and callipers front and rear. Balance bar pedal system provides ideal pre-set balance front to rear.

Chassis Features

• Rigid ladder-frame design using 4” dia x 1/8” CDS tube for high torsional strength.
• Straight and continuous main rails between suspension turrets.
• Steel cockpit floor and reinforced scuttle/footwell structure eliminate shake.
• Heavily gusseted rear turret for better torque management from acceleration/braking.
• Integrated pedal box and fuel tank protection for additional safety.
• Blasted, etch-primed, and powder-coated finish for durability.

Body Features

• Authentic 427sc style glass fibre body with integral boot mouldings and de-mister plenum.
• Aluminium inner wings, firewall, cockpit valances, and transmission tunnel for reinforcement.
• Removable firewall and tunnel panels allow easy drivetrain access.
• Cockpit bulkhead with removable panel for rear brake and axle access.
• Adjustable bonnet, boot, and door hinges for precise panel alignment.
• Retro-fit riveted bonnet scoop for an original 427sc look.
