Series 1 AF Sport was introduced in 1987, designed and produced by Dave Pepper

Series 2 AF Sport was re-introduced in 2002, this time with a 4 inch wider cockpit and the addition of BMW 3 Series donor to complement the Ford Sierra donor.

Donor Parts List

All these parts come from Ford Sierra 1981-1989:

Left and right stub axle assembly, including pinch bolts (less struts)

Anti roll bar and mounts

Front disc brakes and caliper assemblies

Complete steering assembly--rack, rods ends, lower column, upper column (lower column modified at factory)

Control stalk assembly (indicators, wipers, lights etc)

Complete rear diff and half-shaft assembly, including drum assemblies, or disc and calipers (not the Sierra sub frame, as Unique Autocrat supplies a purpose-designed replacement)

Propshaft (to be shortened)

Handbrake lever and cable (to be shortened)

Engine (Pinto 4 cylinder or Cologne V6, keep original mounts) and ancillaries

Gearbox and mount (less lower member--you just retain rubber assembly)

Complete pedal assembly, servo, clutch and accelerator cables

Fuel tank sender unit

Heater assembly and ancillaries

4 x Sierra subframe bushes.  Only 2 are on each car but 4 are needed.  These are Ford part no F1613164

Non-Sierra Parts Required

2 x Transit rack rod ends, right hand thread.  Part no SAC RE0669

Ford Cortina radiator (others will fit) Part no VAL 730110

Ford Cortina top and bottom radiator hoses (if using 2.0 Pinto)

MkII Ford Escort van fuel tank.  Part no 999-30.25.381

2 x 6" diameter round headlights (Mini or similar)

Mini wiper system and wheel boxes
