Rush to get your own ready made kit car company
Posted by Madabout News on Monday, February 10th, 2014 at 12:26 AM

Makers of the successful Dax Rush Seven style kit car, D J Sportscars have put the Dax Rush project up for sale, lock, stock and a smoking M3 based demonstrator.

To get maximum exposure D J Sportscars have put the project up for sale on the Ebay (where else!) with a 'get the ball rolling' price tag of £75k, although offers are invited.

For this the successful winner will get a running BMW M3 based demonstrator, all moulds, jigs and current stock, along with customer files and tech support.

The ebay advert reads;

This is to buy the complete Dax Rush project, the buyer will receive the following:-

Dax Rush demonstrator - BMW based M3 powered 380bhp
All moulds (which include all body moulds, for old and current models, dashboards, seats etc etc Cortina based, Sierra based, Bmw based, IRS, 4x4 etc)
All Jigs for all models ever made, these include chassis, suspension, exhaust jigs
All parts currently held in stock, estimated value around £25,000. We have radiators, fuel tanks, rollbars, shock absorbers, pedal box's, ball joints, suspension plus many many more parts.
All customers files.
Literally everything we have here related to the Rush will be passed onto the new owner.

We will also offer full technical support and depending on the location of the buyer we will happily supply a member of staff for a period of time for training, plus full telephone support.

This is a ready to go business and can the buyer could be up and running almost immediately. This is a well known, well respected, market leading kit with over 2000 kits sold to date, many of which are not completed so many existing customers still requiring numerous parts to complete the build, many of which are unique to Dax as they are fabricated in house so creating almost immediate work.

Any future enquiries for new kit orders or parts orders will be passed onto the new buyer. Also our European dealer based in Belgium will also deal direct with the new buyer, he has alone sold over 150 kits to date, averaging 10 a year.
Any questions regarding this project please feel free to contact Simon or Andrew on 01279 442661 with any questions you may have.
