Well found indeed. The front is almost the same as an early picture that was sent to me.

I could never understand why they sold so many more Chimaeras than Griffiths.

They marketed the chimaera as the cruiser/boulevardier and the Griff as a hairy arsed brute! Under the skin they were the same from about '95 IIRC apart from the smaller engine options for the Chim.

Not over here, you still see quite a few Chimaeras but a Griff is a rare sight nowadays.

Well.... I like it! But then I always liked the Alfa SZ. Looks like a concept version - very similar to a pic on deviant art.

Griff also had 4.0 and 4.3 as well as the 5.0.
never sold in the US but appeared in quite a few films.

Ah ok, never seen a griff in a film, only a Tuscan in Swordfish. IIRC from mid 90s griffs were 5 litre only and more expensive, the 4s were early on precatalyst, few were 4.3 bigvalves and v sought after now...., hence why loads of 4 litre chimaeras were sold (I’m on my second).

These were posted on another forum. It’s looking pretty special and I think set to make a hit at nationals.
One things for sure, with DNAs attention to detail and the nice little trick the car has, I can see this being a big hit!
