Try my build thread, recall there are pictures of extending fuel filler and also some on Andy Sharrocks SWB build.
Cheers.

You will also find details of other Z3 based Tribute builds here:
http://www.madabout-kitcars.com/foru...?t=4623&page=2
If there is a build thread (not all have one), just click on the text in blue to be taken there.
Although Photobucket have blocked the photos on so many threads, they are not as much help as they used to be.
Good luck, Paul.
PS
Starting your own build thread is another way of getting good advice.

thanks .. getting the hang of it now !!
hi guys , thanks for the help finding the thread , i found it , ive started to move the fuel filler cap now , its now QUITE as easy i thought it would be but with the help of my father in law ,, ( who re build his triumph gt6 so should be some use !! , )... i am half way there , i am going down a slighhtly different route and i ve ordered a 90 * alloy bend to which i will connect the fuel filler extention to give me more options to put the cap .
i ll try and add some photos of my build so far on here the main thing i m struggling with atm is the rear lights ... they are not doing what they are meant to . ive now re connected the original lights and they arent lighting up correctly ,, im wondering if when stripping the body panels i have missed a body earth somewhere thats causing me problems .

Kit Car Lore- you can't have too many solid earth connections.
BUT- from when Dan wired the rear lights on my Z300S- the wiring colours are not "completely" logical. I've not had to tinker so can't give more detail than that.
