It was a public road, so no helmet needed.

That is the lump of Armco barrier that flew off the armco and struck my head, its a bracket from the C shape profile armco, that holds the barrier onto the cemented in post. The car was going backwards and this piece came between the rear humps, past the seats and struck my head,knocking me out. I have kept the piece,and am going to mount it on a piece of wood, it weighs nearly 1Kg.

For those that are asking about car set up. Nothing un-unusal.
Roads conditions - Dry , the car has never been out in the wet. I don't have the roof option
Tyre pressures - 17 psi.
Tyres - Toyo Proxies T1Rs
Brake balance - 60f/40r
Total mileage - 600
Front wheels - toe in 3mm
1 deg neg camber
Rear wheels - toe in 3mm
1 deg neg camber
These are all within marlin specs.
