I 'wind' mine in with some threaded bar through the middle and a mixture of large sockets and washers, etc. each end. I just use cheap M10 threaded bar from Wickes and it's cheap enough to throw away afterwards as it usually is only good for one or two goes. Grease the nuts and threaded bar to make it easier to wind in. Wrap the wishbone ends in masking tape to stop the powder coating being scratched or chipped.
I found silicone grease quite useful for making the bushes slippery, but I'm sure washing up liquid is as good.
BTW, you should use the rubber bushes on the lower joints and polybushes on the the upper ones. I found Superflex bushes much better made than the cheaper bushes around. The Superflex bushes come with the recommended lubricant as well
