Probably not - it may be the vibrations making the the shafts rotate slowly - like you said, If it where on the ground with some wheels on it, you wouldn't have noticed it.

Pretty much the same as Chris here. As soon as the pumps had primed themselves and fuel had made it ways to the swirl pot and fuel rail, she caught pretty much straight away.
